Davis consulting solution has been a blessing for me! I have always wanted to become a UPMC employee , I have applied for multiple positions but I had never gotten a response. I would go through agencies to work in a UPMC facility but that is the closest I have ever been to being an employee. A few weeks ago I saw an ad about Davis consulting solutions on social media and I contacted Lamara to get more information about the program. Within 2 days of speaking with her I was contacted by an employee from Davis Consulting Solutions who was ready to help me revise my resume and format it in the most professional way. My resume was updated that day and I was able to apply for a position with UPMC and upload my new resume and I was literally contacted via email by UPMC the very next day!! I was asked to do an assessment and after the assessment i was invited to interview with a hiring manager that upcoming Friday. After my interview I was contacted that following Tuesday and I was offered a full time position with UPMC with a very nice starting pay!!! This year started off rough for me and my family and Davis Consulting Solutions has truly been the sunshine in my storm and I am beyond grateful for them!
